Bulga Coal Awards New Contract to Reliable

Reliable has been awarded a new contract until October 2022 to continue to provide maintenance services and components to Glencores Bulga Coal Operation in NSW , Australia .

Reliable has had this contract since 2013 and we have demonstrated to Glencore & Bulga that we are able to provide a high quality , safe and value adding service. Our Scope at Bulga includes the Total Conveyor Management of their conveyor systems.

Reliable provides a team to execute this scope that includes a Site Manager, a Project & Reliability Coordinator , Project Manager , Mechanical & Conveyor Engineers , Condition Monitoring Technicians , Supervisors, Belt Splicers and Tradesmen.

Reliable uses its "Conveyor Plus+" Reliability package to ensure the maximum uptime is achieved on the Conveyor System and performance is optimised for each conveyor component. Reliable also manages the onsite stock and critical spares to ensure risks are mitigated.

We execute all mechanical and rubber maintenance on the conveyor system including belt change-outs , repairs , belt cleaner and skirt maintenance.
