Port Waratah Coal Services
1983 – present. Installation and splicing of more than 100 steel cord conveyor belts up to 3200mm wide. Pulley lagging up to 3400mm wide. Splice, roll and install 1000m rolls of 2200mm steel cord belt. Preferred conveyor belt installer for Stages 1, 2, 2A and 3 upgrades. Supply of all belt cleaning components.

Newstan Colliery
Since 1984, installation, splicing and maintenance of steel cord drift belt. Installation, splicing and maintenance of 1600mm wide 5ply fabric belt up to 5000m. January 2003, installation and splicing new, steel cord drift conveyor 2400m x 1600mm wide ST5000. Completed on time, on budget and LTI free. Change out of drift conveyor pulleys and idlers.

United Colliery
Total conveyor maintenance. Installation, splicing and maintenance of trunk conveyors, including structure and roller change out, belt cleaners, supply and service. Installation, splicing and maintenance of drift conveyor in 1997 and also in 2002.

Ulan Coal Mine
Installation, splicing and maintenance of all underground, open cut and washery conveyors. Designing, installation and maintenance of purpose built belt cleaning systems including supply of all components.

Baal Bone Colliery
Installation, splicing and maintenance underground and washery conveyors, including structure and roller change out and supply and maintenance of belt cleaning systems.

North Parkes Mine
Steel cord and ply belt splicing. Installation, splicing and maintenance of all mine conveyors (underground and mill), including supply and maintenance of belt cleaning systems.

Cadia Mine
Steel cord and ply belt splicing. Installation, splicing and maintenance of mine conveyors (underground and mill), design, install and maintain purpose build belt cleaning systems including supply of all components. Supply and install idlers.

Glennies Creek Colliery
Installation, splicing and maintenance of drift conveyor, 1400mm wide steel cord ST3450. Installation, splicing and maintenance of trunk conveyors, including structure and roller change out. West Wallsend Colliery Installation and splicing of drift conveyor in both 1996 and 2001. Installation, splicing and maintenance of trunk conveyors, including supply and maintenance of belt cleaning systems.

Beltana Highwall Mining / Blakefield South
Installation, splicing and maintenance of trunk and long wall conveyors, 1800mm to 1500mm wide woven and ply belting.

2008 – Installation and Splicing of 7 x 365 mtr rolls 2000mm ST3000 Steel Cord Belt Installation and Splicing of 3 x 388 mtr rolls 1600mm PN1000/5 Fabric Belt

Maintenance on all conveyors, including supply of belt cleaning components.

Installation of 7000m of 1800mm wide x 4ply conveyor belt to the Hunter tunnel trunk conveyor in 2001.

Thiess Hochtief Joint Venture
Parramatta Rail Link. Installation and splicing of numerous conveyor belts.

Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal
June 2008 – Installation of 7600m of 2000mm ST2240 Steel Cord Belt on L6 Jetty Conveyor. (Task completed in 90 hours)
